1: How do I obtain a quote?
A: Please provide 2D or 3D drawings. Include details about any material, dimension, tolerance, surface treatment or other technical requirements along with quantity needed, and any information you have to help us understand your application. We'll contact you if more information is needed, and we typically provide quotes within 24-48 hours of receiving complete details.
 
2: If I don't have drawings, can you still provide me with a quote?
A: Yes. If necessary, we are able to provide quotes based on your requirements or existing samples.

3: Which surface treatments are available?
A: We powder coat, sand blast, paint, polish, acid pickle, anodize, enamel, zinc plate, hot-dip galvanize, electrophoresis, chrome plate, and more.

4: What kind of payment terms do you accept?
A: T/T, L/C, Escrow, paypal, western union, moneygram etc.

5: What types of packaging are available?
A: In most cases, we can pack goods according to your requirements.
